Hi, I’m Taylor, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Coach with over 14 years of experience and more than 12,000 hours of one-on-one counseling. My journey in the mental health field has been driven by a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover a path to peace, fulfillment, and joy. Throughout my career I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from stressed professionals and busy parents to individuals struggling with anxiety, social discomfort, and work-life balance. I understand how overwhelming life can be, and I’m here to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop practical strategies to manage them. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and yoga-based techniques. I believe that true healing comes from addressing both the mind and the body, which is why I incorporate tools that help calm the body, soothe the mind, and reshape the thoughts that may be contributing to stress and anxiety. Outside of my professional life, I’m deeply passionate about mindfulness, yoga, and spending time in nature—practices that I believe are essential for maintaining balance and well-being.
