My role as the counselor is to help facilitate the growth and resilience within you, to help guide you to your own inner strength, while meeting you right where you are, without judgment.
Office and Natural Setting Options
Choose the setting that feels comfortable to you. I offer traditional counseling sessions in a private and comfortable office. I also offer outdoor counseling sessions, in locations, such as the on the river trail, local parks, or on a hiking trail.
Walk and Talk Therapy
The benefits of exercise and fresh air are well know and combining these elements with therapy can both enhance the therapeutic process and increase your overall physical health.
Can't make it to a counseling session in person? I offer e-counseling, via video conferencing or just a phone call. Initial in-person consultation required.
