Hiking Trails:

We are so fortunate to live in Durango and be surrounded by beautiful hiking trials. Therapy sessions on local trails are available. 

Running: 

Would you like to go on a run while doing therapy? As long as we run at a talking pace, this option is also available for those who are eager to combine fitness and therapy! Lets get out there and run and talk! Trail & Road options available.
